Credit Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our team. The Credit Analyst will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of individuals and businesses applying for loans or credit. This role requires a strong understanding of financial analysis, quantitative analysis, and cash flow analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis of loan applicants, including reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports
- Physician Billing Experience
-Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid Benefits
- Assess the risk associated with extending credit to applicants and make recommendations based on findings
- Prepare detailed credit reports summarizing the applicant's financial situation and creditworthiness
- Collaborate with loan officers and underwriters to provide insights and recommendations on loan applications
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit analysis
- Assist in the development and improvement of credit analysis processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of financial services
- Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in a lending or credit environment
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing and underwriting guidelines is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze complex financial data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-Knowledge of HIPAA
-ICD9/10 and CPT Coding
-EPIC Program
