CAD Draftsperson - Residential Construction

Job Description: Maintain all standard plan files including structural options. Generate customized plans for each job start and related marketing collateral. Produce accurate construction drawings from conceptual sketches for all new plans.

Position Requirements:

• Experienced and skilled in Revit.
• Full knowledge of residential single family detached construction.
• Demonstrated ability to be part of a team dedicated to providing accurate information to the construction superintendents and vendors in the subdivisions.
• Organization, effective time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
• Coordinate with engineers, trade partners, architects/draftsman, and sales staff to prepare accurate construction plans.
• Maintains digital filing and drafting standards.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• College Degree in Construction Management or similar field a plus.
