Hi-Tech Management (dentalht.com and cloudlions.com) is a well-established MSP IT Provider that specializes in providing managed IT services to its clients in the healthcare space. Our team provides outstanding support and technology integration in Dental and Medical offices. We are searching for smart, fast thinking troubleshooters and disciplined individuals, who are looking to make a difference. We are looking for a Field Technician who can do the following:

Key Responsibilities for the Field Specialist:

  • Configure Firewalls network hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and fix common office electronics (i.e., Printers, TV's, Stereos, Fax Machines).
  • Run and terminate cat 6, audio and HDMI cables.
  • Mount TVs on walls and ceilings
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot PC Problems (i.e. Viruses, Spyware, damaged Peripherals)
  • Responsible for accurately recording incidents in accordance with department standards
  • Add and Remove computers to existing Domain
  • Ability to drive to our clients Daily

Qualifications include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of operating systems including Windows 10/11, Server 19/22
  • Expertise in computer networking
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and automate processes
  • Minimum of 5 year's experience in similar job roles
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Must have your own car and valid driver's license to be able to drive to clients' offices
  • Some lifting required (e.g. computers, printers, monitors)
  • Minimum of Associate's Degree in computer science or related field.
  • A+, Network+, MCP certifications preferred
