Position: Door-to-Door Sales Representative
Location: Dallas Texas
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-Time

Job Summary:
Join our team as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative and play a key role in expanding our customer base. In this role, you will engage with homeowners directly, educate them about our roofing and solar products/services, and secure appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to introduce Ready Roofing and Solar's offerings.
  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of our roofing and solar solutions.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for in-home consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to optimize outreach strategies and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • No prior sales experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in achieving goals.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different sales techniques.

Compensation:

  • Base $15hr plus 30% commission structure OR 40% commission-based compensation (candidate's choice).
  • Unlimited earning potential based on performance and sales achievements.
