Job DescriptionJob Description

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking for an HR Business Partner for a highly reputable client that is based on Frisco,TX. As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible on collaborating with department leaders to assess HR needs, facilitate HR programs internationally, analyze workforce trends, manage employee relations, provide performance management guidance, improve work relationships, support recruitment, and drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across global teams. The ideal candidate should have Bachelor's degree and possess a minimum of 5 years being an HR with experience in Recruitment and Onboarding and has experience using HRIS system and MS Suite. Requirements for the HR Business Partner:

  • Bachelors degree in business or related field (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience being an HR
  • Minimum of 2+ years in Recruitment and onboarding
  • Experience using various HRIS systems
  • Proficiency on using MS Office Application

Compensation/Benefits for the HR Business Partner:

  • Direct Hire | Full-time
  • Location: Frisco, TX 75034,100% Onsite
  • Pay: $90K-$100K w/ 5% potential bonus
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible work hours.
  • Benefits: 401k with company match; medical, dental, and vision plans; Life Insurance, Long and Short-term Disability; PTO and holidays, and more
