This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist/Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Lisa J. Allen, PLLC, located in Williamsville, NY. The Receptionist/Legal Assistant will be responsible for greeting and directing clients, answering and transferring phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing the reception area, and providing general administrative support to the team including preparing legal documents for signature, scanning/copying file documents, and managing postal correspondence.
