We are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. iLand EB5 Capital is a small private investment and advisory services firm that supports families interested in global opportunities. Training will be provided for the technical skills required to succeed in this role. The most important qualities for applicants to have are strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns (primarily paid search and social)

• Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs)

• Identifying market trends and insights to optimize spend and performance

• Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing

• Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests

• Collaborating with internal team to create landing pages and optimize user experience

• Compiling and presenting data for other departments

Key Skills/Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments

• Familiarity with basic office applications including Word and Excel

• Familiarity with marketing or other related fields preferred

• Familiarity with quantitative and/or qualitative data collection preferred
