Appointment Setter

Appointment Setter, Project Manager, or Home Improvement Consultant can work anytime Monday to Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The Appointment Setter, Project Manager, or Home Improvement Consultant will have to send a time to the owner of when they are working and time every week (every Monday by noon) but must commit at least 1 to 2 days a week.

The Appointment Setter or Home Improvement Consultant is off for the following Months each year: January, July, and December.

The Appointment Setter or Home Improvement Consultant can still work (IF THEY CHOOSE) during the following months’ time off if they have a client that is interested in getting a full roof replacement and an approval by the insurance.

The Appointment Setter, Project Manager, or Home Improvement Consultant main responsibility is to set up contract with the homeowner and do the initial inspection. During roof builds and/or projects. It is mandatory to show up for a roof build that SSRC has unless sick and/or a religious holiday.

The Appointment Setter, Project Manager, or Home Improvement Consultant must work at least 4 hours during the roof installation build or project. They must go door to door getting new clients and doing inspections. They are not allowed to be at the job site for more than 15 minutes. They are also not allowed to dictate the roof build. The roofers are responsible for the work and materials not the Roof Inspector Specialist. Appointment Setter, Project Manager, or Home Improvement Consultant can sometimes get paid $50 to $500 per appointment set (Higher amount is award to signed and a contract larger than $25,000) if they can meet goals. Appointment Setter, Project Manager, or Home Improvement Consultant should on average set 3 appointments on a weekly basis. How the Appointment Setter, Project Manager, or Home Improvement Consultant will get paid on fully approved insurance claims.

The Appointment Setter or Home Improvement Consultant pay shall be 6 to 10% of the total money collected for Residential and/or Commercial. Example: Contract total or Total money collected = $20,000.00

The Appointment Setter, Project Manager, or Home Improvement consultant will get $150 for the appointment plus 8% of $20,000 which is $1,600.00.

All Appointment Setter, Project Manager, or Home Improvement consultants are 1099s and are responsible for their own taxes. The Appointment Setter, Project Manager, or Home Improvement Consultant can be paid by check or direct deposit. Cash will never be accepted as “Paid.”
