HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pre Pack Pharmacy Technician to fill an opening in Concord, New Hampshire.

Daily Responsibilities for Pre Pack Pharmacy Technician:
  • Works with automated machine to prepack drugs;
  • Manages inventory functions such as monitoring pharmaceutical levels and identify expired medications, managing to the pharmacy standard for Days on Hand;
  • Inputs patient data and medication orders into a computer system to produce labels (data entry);
  • Mixes/packages IV medications, sanitizes IV room, equipment and hood
  • Services facility-based medication dispensing machines (e.g., RxNow)
  • M-F from 8am to 4:30pm with weekends as needed
     
Required Qualifications for Pre Pack Pharmacy Technician:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy related experience
  • Basic understanding of drugs, medication terminology, and metric system; ability to operate a computer.
  • Licenses/Certifications:  As required by state regulations. Required in state of NH. 
  • Detail oriented; goal oriented, team player, customer service, oral communication.

Preferred Qualifications for Pre Pack Pharmacy Technician:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy related experience
  • Basic understanding of drugs, medication terminology, and metric system; ability to operate a computer.
  • Licenses/Certifications:  As required by state regulations. Required in state of NH. 
  • Detail oriented; goal oriented, team player, customer service, oral communication.
