Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing installation and repair, as well as demonstrated leadership abilities. As a Roofing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise roofing crews and subcontractors, providing guidance and direction as needed
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess project progress and quality of workmanship
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate project records, including work orders, time sheets, and materials used
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the course of a project, taking proactive steps to resolve them promptly
- Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on project status and address any potential issues

**Qualifications:**
- Experience in the construction or roofing industry, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role
- Thorough knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices is ideal but the ability to learn is a must.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
