Inside Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team at Minuteman Press, a printing promotional and marketing company, in the role of inside sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with potential and current customers through sales efforts while also providing support across various areas of our print shop operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services, promote special offers, and generate leads.
- Follow up with existing customers via phone calls to ensure satisfaction, inform them about new products/services, and upsell additional offerings.
- Quote follow up
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales leads using our CRM system.
- Assist in other areas of the print shop as needed, including but not limited to:
- Collating printed materials.
- Performing general handwork tasks such as sorting, packaging, and assembling.
- Providing support to the production team during peak periods or special projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient customer service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Uphold professionalism and adhere to ethical telemarketing practices at all times.
- Contribute ideas for improving sales strategies, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and engaging phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic needs of a fast-paced print shop environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
