Forklift Operator Job Description:

PrideStaff is currently recruiting for a local manufacturing company to assist with their increase in production as a Forklift Operator.  The Forklift driver will work in an outdoor environment where the ground is uneven and you are subject to elements such as dust and sun exposure.  The ideal Forklift Operator has 5+ Years of consistent experience as well as being bi-lingual in Spanish to assist our customers. ***5+ Years of Consistent Forklift Experience Required

Forklift Operator Job Responsibilities:

• Order Pick Using A Forklift to Stage Orders & Load Materials From Flatbeds to The Production Line

• Familiarity With Various Types of Equipment Including a Pallet Jack (Manual or Electric), Cherry Picker, & Crane

• Learn & Train on to Operate Other Machinery Than a Forklift as Needed

• Follow All Safety & PPE Requirements

Forklift Operator Job Requirements & Working Conditions:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required 

• FL OSHA Certification Required

• 5+ Years of  Forklift Experience Required  

• Bi-Lingual in Spanish Preferred 

• Must be Able to Work in a Dirty Environment With Heat, Cold, Wind, & Sun Daily

• Must be Flexible & Willing to Assist in Other Areas & Roles as Needed
