JOB TITLE: Part Time Shipping Support (pick and pack)

SUPERVISOR: Sr Weekend Picker

DESCRIPTION:

The primary function of the weekend picker and packer is to ensure daily orders are picked and packed in an efficient and accurate manner.

PART-TIME WH ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Sr Weekend Picker and order fulfillment by picking and packing daily orders.

  • Work with Sr Weekend Picker on daily priorities.

  • Execute daily picking and packing needs.

  • Support in pulling weekly Transfer Orders and weekly/seasonal photoshoot transfer orders.

  • Support in packing weekly Transfer Orders and seasonal photoshoot transfer orders.

  • Make sure packing standards are met and ensure items are getting packed with sufficient protection.

  • Maintain organized picking areas and stock shelves.

  • Follow company policies and procedures.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferably in home decor or interiors.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Computer and ERP systems experience.

  • Team player.

  • Ability to lift and mobilize large items, up to 50 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
