Glowonder is a newly formed Medical Spa searching for an esthetician with facials/laser experience to join our provider group. Glowonder services include injectables, weight loss program, wellness. We have our own skincare products and sister boutique online.  Job responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service, strong technical skills, and ability to grow and retain clientele, will be working alongside with our experienced providers. Must be able to multitask and educate customers on additional treatments. We will offer additional training of your skills under the guidance and supervision of our Medical Director/Providers, as well as provide continuing education. The potential opportunity to grow and run the spa. 

About the job:

  • Provide high-quality facial treatments that address skincare concerns

  • Advise clients and suggest treatments related to their individual needs

  • Perform skin assessments/consultation to identify problems and the right course of action

  • Maintaining client reports and notes

  • Stock, clean, and organize treatment room after every shift

  • Educating clients on spa therapies and services

About you:

  • Solid knowledge of various cosmetology treatments including facials and waxing

  • Must have a current State of Texas esthetician license

  • Open minded for further education and expansion of skill set

  • Scheduled work hours are T-Sat 10-6, but must be available to work flexible hours for any special events.

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Ensure the safety of our clients at all times

  • Proficiency with lasers
