Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Aeroseal Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing service visits to install sealant in customers' homes. This is a service position focused on executing presold work with an emphasis on speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and delivering 5-star service.
Aeroseal is a patented technology designed to seal leaks in air ducts from the inside. This innovative process involves injecting a sealant into the ductwork, which travels through the ducts and adheres to the edges of any leaks, effectively sealing them.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform Aeroseal services in residential homes by getting into crawl space, attics, etc.
· Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards of cleanliness.
· Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
· Communicate effectively with customers to explain the Aeroseal process and address any questions or concerns.
· Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
· Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
· Complete service reports and documentation accurately and promptly.
Compensation:
Hourly $24.00 + Spiffs
Schedule:
· Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM start time.
Requirements:Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
· Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed.
· Minimum of 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience.
· Ability to drive and operate a vehicle and machinery.
