Job Description:

As an Aquatic Applicator at Clear Waters, Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and vitality of our clients' aquatic environments. Your responsibilities will include:

1.          Herbicide and Algaecide Application: Applying herbicides and algaecides to control unwanted vegetation and algae growth, following established safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.

2.          Equipment Operation: Operating and maintaining specialized equipment such as boats, sprayers, and application rigs used for aquatic management tasks.

3.          Client Communication: Interacting with clients to assess their aquatic management needs, providing recommendations, and addressing any concerns they may have.

4.          Environmental Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to aquatic management practices, including pesticide application and water quality standards.

5.          Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of application activities, including product usage, application rates, and environmental conditions.

6.          Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other members of the Clear Waters team, including biologists, technicians, and administrative staff, to deliver comprehensive aquatic management services.

Requirements:

•            Experience: Prior experience in aquatic management or related field is preferred but not necessary. 

•            Certification: Possession of a valid pesticide applicator license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.

•            Physical Fitness: Ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions and lift equipment and chemicals.

•            Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

•            Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
