**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a meticulous and dependable individual to join our team as a Residential House Cleaner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' homes are spotless and organized, providing them with a clean and comfortable living environment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all areas of the home.
2. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops.
3. Wipe down kitchen surfaces, appliances, and cabinets, and clean inside and outside of the refrigerator and oven as needed.
4. Make beds, change linens, and tidy up bedrooms and living areas.
5. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
6. Organize and arrange items to maintain an orderly appearance.
7. Pay special attention to high-touch surfaces to ensure thorough disinfection.
8. Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate supervisor.
9. Follow established safety protocols and use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
10. Communicate professionally and courteously with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

**Requirements:**
1. Prior experience in residential cleaning preferred but not required.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
3. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
4. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
5. Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
6. Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
7. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy.

**Working Conditions:**
This position involves working independently and traveling to clients' homes to perform cleaning duties. The work environment may vary depending on the client's residence, and cleaning tasks may involve bending, kneeling, and lifting. Flexibility in scheduling is important to accommodate clients' needs, which may include evenings or weekends. Personal protective equipment and cleaning supplies will be provided.

3. Limpiar superficies de la cocina, electrodomésticos y gabinetes, y limpiar dentro y fuera del refrigerador y horno según sea necesario.
4. Hacer camas, cambiar ropa de cama y ordenar dormitorios y áreas de estar.
5. Vaciar los contenedores de basura y desechar los desechos correctamente.
6. Organizar y ordenar artículos para mantener una apariencia ordenada.
7. Prestar especial atención a las superficies de alto contacto para garantizar una desinfección completa.
8. Informar sobre cualquier problema de mantenimiento o daño al supervisor apropiado.
9. Seguir los protocolos de seguridad establecidos y utilizar productos de limpieza y equipos de manera segura y efectiva.
10. Comunicarse de manera profesional y cortés con los clientes para garantizar su satisfacción.

**Requisitos:**
1. Experiencia previa en limpieza residencial preferida pero no requerida.
2. Gran atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar de manera eficiente.

4. Capacidad para seguir instrucciones verbales y escritas.
5. Resistencia física y capacidad para levantar y mover objetos pesados según sea necesario.
6. Transporte confiable para viajar a los hogares de los clientes.
7. Actitud positiva y disposición para aprender y adaptarse.
8. Capacidad para mantener la confidencialidad y respetar la privacidad de los clientes.

**Condiciones de Trabajo:**
Este puesto implica trabajar de manera independiente y viajar a los hogares de los clientes para realizar tareas de limpieza. El entorno de trabajo puede variar según la residencia del cliente, y las tareas de limpieza pueden incluir flexión, arrodillarse y levantar objetos pesados. La flexibilidad en el horario es importante para adaptarse a las necesidades de los clientes, que pueden incluir noches o fines de semana. Se proporcionará equipo de protección personal y suministros de limpieza.
