Are you passionate about supporting employees and fostering a positive work culture? Stansell is seeking a talented and committed Recruiting/HR Coordinator to join our team

Stansell is a rapidly growing, WBE certified, general contractor specializing in commercial construction services across the Southeast United States. We focus on serving clients in the commercial market with emphasis on the following project types: restaurant dining and quick service food. The ideal candidate for this role is a career-minded individual, has high energy, and is detail oriented.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with HR team to identify staffing needs for positions across all departments.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and community partnerships, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and match with job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-up throughout the process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely and professional communication regarding application status, interview schedules, and next steps.
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires.
  • Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the human resources staff.
  • Tracking and maintaining internal employee training certifications.
  • Other miscellaneous HR tasks.

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years HR experience.
  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration a plus.
  • Proven experience of administrative skills.
  • Strong people skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to multitask, organize and prioritize work.
  • Experience in construction office/HR a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Thorough attention to detail with great problem-solving skills.
