Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida - Call Center Environment
Type: Full-time, Telemarketing (Outbound Calls)

Job Description:

As an Entry-Level Settlement Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our company. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, offering a fantastic opportunity for growth within our organization. Engage with business owners to discuss our debt relief program, pre-qualify clients, and transfer them to closers for further assistance. While it is a fronters position, paving the way for success, there's immense potential for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 400-600 outbound calls daily on our auto-dialer system.
  • Pre-qualify clients and transfer them to closers for further assistance.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in a high-energy call center environment.

Compensation: This position offers a  base salary, complemented by an enticing commission structure. The majority of your earnings will come from the commission, providing you with the potential for significant income.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required; this is an entry-level position.
  • Strong communication and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center setting.
