About The Role

Realm Health is recruiting for a seasoned Operations Director to oversee and lead the operations of our growing insurance brokerage. The Operations Director will be expected to demonstrate proven leadership skills in the life and health insurance landscape. Additionally, the Operations Director will be required to utilize their knowledge and expertise to streamline processes, strategize for future growth and ensure the company is consistently moving towards fulfillment of company goals. Experience as a people leader in a healthcare insurance brokerage is a must.

  • Harness your knowledge of life & health insurance to boost operational efficiency
  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of organizational strategy
  • Leverage your leadership prowess to develop and oversee a high-performing team
  • Ensure company compliance with established policies, regulations, and laws
  • Optimize resource allocation for best possible productivity

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required
  • Texas Life & Health Insurance License strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the life & health insurance sector
  • 3-5 years of managerial experience in a healthcare insurance brokerage
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated strategic planning and business development capabilities
