In this role, you will be the face of Socks & Bottoms — understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth in their store and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment. No experience is required. We will equip you with the skills and knowledge to confidently assist our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional in-store shopping experiences.
    Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm.

  • Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, uncovering needs, making product recommendations, and gathering customer information to support continued engagement.

  • Support product replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant

  • Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.

  • Maintain our values, policies, and procedures

  • Share your passion for pop culture and your product knowledge with

  • Help customers find the perfect product or service and respond to their questions


Qualifications:

  • Thrives in a customer-first retail environment.

  • Demonstrate sales and customer service results in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations through excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekend, closing, and peak periods

  • Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly
