Job Description: As an Apartment Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and recreational areas.
  • Performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
  • Assisting with the upkeep of outdoor areas, including groundskeeping, snow removal, and lawn care.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the property management team.
  • Assisting with the setup and breakdown of community events and functions.
  • Supporting maintenance staff with minor repairs and projects as needed.
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents and addressing their concerns promptly.
