I am looking for a resident manager to manage a 50 unit building. The applicant does not have to have previous experience as an apartment manager. The person needs to have skills in managing people and good people and computer skills. This is a part time position; however, the applicants needs to be able to work remotely in their other employment. The applicants is required to live in the building.. The building consist of 50 units of one bedrooms and singles. It has an elevator and large pool and courtyard Lobby and control entrance.
The individual needs to be able to coordinate vendors and be handle tenants.. The company uses a property managements program in which rents are to be paid using through the program and maintenance requests are made using the program.. The applicants needs to be able to rent units.
