Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Wire EDM Operator/Programmer to join the team at one of the world leading manufacturing company located near Glendale Heights, IL. This individual will be responsible for programming, setup and operating their wire EDM. Cross-training offered, primary function is going to be running the wire. Below are further qualifications.

Requirements: 

  • Ability to read mechanical blueprints 
  • 3+ years of experience with Setup & Operation of a wire EDM

Pluses:

  • Knowledge of how to program a wire EDM
  • MasterCAM Programming experience
  • Ability to perform manual G Code Programming edits 
  • Background in Mold Making
  • Sodick Wire EDM experience
