Key responsibilities include:

 

1. Leadership and Supervision: You will lead a team of clinical staff, providing guidance, support, and supervision. This includes conducting regular meetings, performance evaluations, and ensuring staff adherence to policies and procedures.

 

2. Treatment Planning and Implementation: You will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans for clients, based on their specific needs and goals. This includes coordinating and monitoring the implementation of evidence-based treatment interventions.

 

3. Quality Assurance: You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and licensing requirements. This includes monitoring the quality of clinical services, conducting audits, and implementing improvements as necessary.

 

4. Collaboration and Coordination: You will work closely with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care. This includes collaborating with medical professionals, social workers, and community organizations to provide comprehensive treatment and support services.

 

5. Staff Development: You will facilitate ongoing professional development for clinical staff, including training opportunities, workshops, and supervision. This will help to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of SUD treatment.

 

6. Data Management and Reporting: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, statistical data, and reports. This includes ensuring confidentiality and privacy of client information.

 

7. Continuous Improvement: You will actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of SUD treatment. This includes implementing innovative strategies to enhance program effectiveness and client outcomes.

 

Requirements:

 

- A master's degree in a related field (such as counseling, social work, or psychology) is typically required.

- Licensure or certification as a substance abuse counselor or a related clinical certification is often necessary. LPC or LICSW

- Strong knowledge and experience in substance abuse treatment, including evidence-based interventions and best practices.

- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.

- Knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, and accreditation standards related to SUD treatment programs.

- Proficient in data management and reporting systems.
