We are looking for a person that has some experience as a customer service person in a business-to-business environment. As a customer service rep on our team, your role is to help our business customers get the products they need when they need them. We are a Manufacturers' rep agency that has been in business over 75 years. We work directly with the manufacturers we represent and are considered part of their teams. Our customers are all businesses. Your interactions with customers start with communications from our customers. This is not tele-sales.
Daily functions include fielding questions via calls, emails, and Microsoft TEAMS. Assisting with processing quote requests, orders and shipments.
- Locating products within our network of warehouses.
- supplying shipping information
- assisting with returns, warranties, and credits
- helping customers select the right product for their needs.
- Ensuring proper pricing is in place for the customer.
We have simplified the process of helping our customers by adding tools like online ordering portals and self-serve data retrieval. We use relatively simple systems. Any additional training is done on-site with your other team members. We will educate you on the products we handle and will help you be successful. Our company has a warehouse, and your assistance is crucial in delivering products to our customers. This includes processing shipping tickets, closing orders in the computer system and creating labels for shipping products.
As a smaller team, we work to support each other and respect each of our differences. We will expect the same support and respect from you.
