Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through market analysis, business development, and effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect and qualify leads from various channels through CRM.
  • Conduct informative sales presentations via telephone and Zoom.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain and update customer records in Printavo.
  • Collaborate with the team through Slack and internal communication tools.
  • Track sales progress and report on sales activities in designated platforms.
  • Oversee and coordinate sales team activities.
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team.
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
  • Report on team and individual performance.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Engage in outside sales activities to reach potential customers.
  • Utilize technology sales tools to enhance the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably 1 year of B2B sales experience.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Proficient in using technology, and familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical or technology sales.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Commission Structure:

  • We offer a competitive commission-only pay structure, with the opportunity to transition to salary.
  • You will earn a percentage of every sale you close (details will be provided during the interview).
