Aegis Worldwide is currently partnered with a manufacturing company just north of Anderson who is looking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor full time. This is a second shift position with a base salary of $65,000, OT pay, and a $2,500 shift differential incentive. The company offers full benefits and 401k Matching as well.
Daily Assignments include:
· Logging daily warehouse reports
· Working on process improvement projects.
· Work with auditors to ensure that guidelines and procedures are being followed at all times
· Training and coaching employees
· Administer disciplinary action to direct reports
· Ensure that warehouse is clean and free from injuries at all times.
· Manage shift change to ensure that they are carried out in an efficient and timely fashion
