Roustabout Supervisor

The Oilfield Roustabout Supervisor is responsible for construction and maintenance of various facilities including but not limited to compressors, tanks, water disposal sites, treaters, flares, flow lines, VRUs and pumping units in accordance to prints provided by the customer.

• Works under minimal supervision and is responsible for leading an assigned crew
• Works together with co-workers and managers to solve work-related issues
• Delegates duties to crew and gives guidance as needed
• Performs and directs all duties in accordance with OSHA and other Company and Customer applicable requirements
• Executes the same work duties as the crew assigned to and may perform tasks of higher difficulty or tasks that require additional skill
• May coordinate delivery of equipment and material to well-sites
• Values quality workmanship performed in the safest possible manner
• Ensures when on job sites, and traveling to and from job sites that all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures for company, client, and government are followed
• Supervises jobs from beginning to end, including final clean-up of job site and removal of equipment
• Prepares and submits accurate job related paperwork in a timely manner
• Meets with Project Manager to meet budget requirements
• Communicates with customer
• Completes weekly job look ahead schedules

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 3 years in the Oil and Gas Industry
• Minimum of 3-5 years applicable field experience
• Ability to be exposed to physical environment including dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the workday
• Ability to work from ladders or raised platforms
• Required to handle objects over 50 pounds through most of the day
• Must be experienced with manual, air, electric, and hydraulic tools
• Must pass a Fit Test
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL 
• Must be local to Shelocta, PA
