Gluer Operator

Accord Carton is looking for a detail-oriented Gluer Operator to join our manufacturing team In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a gluing machine to securely bond various materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate gluing machines according to job specifications.
• Apply adhesive precisely to materials, ensuring proper coverage and bond strength.
• Operate machines at consistent speeds to meet production goals.
• Inspect bonded materials throughout the process, identifying and correcting any defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• May assist with loading and unloading materials.
• May be required to work with other team members to achieve production goals.

• Experience operating gluing machinery (preferred).
• Understanding of different types of adhesives and their applications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to perform the requirements of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
