Job Title: Retail and Facility Maintenance Technician for High-End Clients across Florida (Travel Required)

 

We are seeking a skilled Retail and Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team and provide exceptional service to our high-end clients across the state of Florida. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in both retail and facility maintenance, possess strong attention to detail, and be willing to travel throughout the state.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on retail stores and facilities across the state of Florida, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Respond promptly to service requests and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Install, repair, and maintain fixtures and equipment such as doors, locks, shelving, and signage.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure that all systems and equipment are functioning at optimal levels.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure that all their maintenance needs are met to their satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed, including time spent, materials used, and maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school certification in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in both retail and facility maintenance, including knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the state of Florida.
  • Must have a valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
