TDR, Bookkeeper

TDR Capital Group is a fast-paced luxury construction development company, located in Calabasas CA. For over 18 years, we’ve been helping families and individuals build their dream homes.  

We are looking for a reliable, self-starter who knows how to multi-task and can be an essential part of our team. As a bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions and ensuring accurate high-volume record-keeping. 

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries. 

• Process and track invoices, payments, and expenses. 

• Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance. 

• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. 

• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. 

• Prepare and submit 1099’s. 

• Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data. 

• Collaborate with other team members, such as account managers and executives, to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously 

• Confidentiality 

• Self-Driven and can work within a team environment 

• Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences 

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, deadline-oriented, time management. 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred). 

Proven experience (3+ years) as a bookkeeper 

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel 

Salary to be determined based on qualifying experience, starting at $55,000.00 (FT) 

Schedule: On-site, Monday to Friday and must have reliable transportation to Calabasas
