Pharmacy Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Pharmacist In Charge for our pharmacy in Marietta, OK. This role is open for temp-to-perm or direct hire. Ideal for a young new graduate, this position offers the opportunity for career growth and development. Relocation assistance will be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and dispense prescription medications accurately.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, including the management of staff and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Establish, monitor, and enforce standards of professional practice related to pharmaceutical dispensing.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
• Track and communicate regulatory changes to ensure internal alignment.
• Supervise and provide oversight for pharmacy staff.
• Handle all activities and documentation related to medication dispensing.

Qualifications:

• Active OK State Pharmacist License (no negative history).
• Previous experience as a Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) or in management preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive training.
• Recent retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Certified Immunizer.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Computer RX is preferred but not mandatory.
