Pay: $18.00 - $22.00/hour
Temp to hire
Schedule: M-F 7am-330pm

SUMMARY:

  • The Mold Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of urethane molding equipment.
  • This individual will be responsible for adhering to a production schedule, while ensuring product quality and machine uptime.
  • The Mold Technician must be a highly motivated self-starter who can work independently to help troubleshoot basic process disruptions and quality issues and communicate effectively to the Operations Manager.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Follow all regulatory and safety compliance for all processes related to and supporting the production area.
  • Must be able to read blueprints for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances.
  • Mold Technician must be able to blend resins and curatives accordingly to compound formula.
  • Knowledge of pressure vessels and heating tables.
  • Knowledge of inspection tools such as durometers, calipers and thermometers.
