Customer Service Representatives

  • temporary assignment, approx. 3 weeks
  • Simi Valley, CA 
  • $20 per hour

We are urgently looking for 10 customer service agents for a project for approximkately 3 weeks starting next week.

During this assignment you will mainly be contacting existing client  for account verification and updates, but other administrative and customer service jobs may be assigned. 

Ideal candidates

  • have customer service skills, and communicate well over the phone
  • have strong writng skills for sending out emails.
  • are computer literate and use client's Outlook software and CRM to access information from the database.
  • can follow scripts when making these outbound calls.
  • will follow up on actions and feedback with clients in writng.  

Hours can be:
07:00 AM - 03:30 PM or
07:30 AM - 4:00 PM
