The company is expanding its operations in the USA and is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Warehouse Supervisor.

**Job Overview:**
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse facility. You will be responsible for managing a small team of warehouse associates, optimizing processes, and ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of tire inventory.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Inventory Management:**
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and dispatching of tire inventory.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

2. **Process Optimization:**
- Streamline warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Implement best practices for order fulfillment, packing, and shipping.

3. **Quality Control:**
- Maintain high standards of product quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.

4. **Communication:**
- Collaborate with other departments, including logistics, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear expectations and fostering a positive work environment.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Knowledge of tire inventory management is a plus.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be a certified forklift operator.

**Education and Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision.
