We are seeking a Health Information Specialist to become a part of our team OUR NEED IS IMMEDIATE.....

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee medical and health service activities 
  • Physician scheduling
  • Coordinate implementation of new sites and continue site compliance with operational efficiency
  • Coordinate company and site meetings
  • Plan and coordinate health services
  • Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
  • Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with Joint Commission policies
  • Write policies and procedures
  • Others to be determined

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare medical imaging or other medical fields
  • Experience in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership qualities and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong ability to problem solve and think critically
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Understanding of PACS/RIS
  • Very strong ability to create Excel spread sheets for staff/physician scheduling, operational and development projects.
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Mission driven for the accomplishment of goals.
