Chrysalis Psychiatry is a growing outpatient mental health practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We offer a variety of mental health services including medication management and interventional treatments for PTSD, depression, and other mental illnesses. We are looking a for hard working and empathetic individual to join our team as a TMS Technician. The TMS Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and meaningful patient experiences. Previous experience preferred but not necessary, Chrysalis will provide the clinic training.

TMS Technician Job Responsibilities:

• Administer TMS treatments according to specific physician protocols. Set up the TMS medical device and monitor all aspects of the treatment sessions for patient comfort and treatment accuracy.
• Provide good communication with the physician and other members of the team
• Provide excellent patient care and treat patients with compassion while developing trust and rapport. Provide support, reflective listening, and compassion to patients struggling with depression and/or anxiety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with patient comfort, coil contact, and TMS system setup throughout treatment.
• Administer psychiatric rating scales and counsel patients on completion of scales.
• Record session notes, track insurance authorizations, and schedule patient visits using medical scheduling software.
• Front desk receptionist duties, including answering phones, customer service, and scheduling

 

Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
