Training Coordinator

Summary

The Training Coordinator is expected to fully understand all warehouse processes to proficiently execute Online Fulfillment Center activities and Standard Operating Procedures. 

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay Range

  • $17 per hour start
  • Pay raise and full benefits upon permanent hire

Essential Job Functions

  • Orient the associate with the facility
  • Tour of the facility (breakroom, restroom, and departments)
  • Overview of the History of CES
  • Review timekeeping process
  • Provide call-out number for the facility
  • Review Emergency Protocol
  • Review Attendance Policy
  • Review Employee Safety Forms

Required

  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including the ability to perform physical requirements, adapt to seasonal changes.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  The employee must be able to perform the physical requirements necessary to receive, pick, pack, ship, and move materials throughout the warehouse, including, but not limited to, standing, walking, bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, cutting wire, paralleling wire, installing wire pulling heads, and lifting materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
