Plumbing Journeyman and Experienced Apprentice

As a Lead Plumber, you will play an integral role in the design and installation of plumbing systems for new construction and remodeling.

We are also developing a retail division so if you have experience working with the public with all their plumbing needs then we want you To be successful in this role you must be reliable, detail oriented, and have the desire and dedication to do great things.

Experience preferred in new construction, remodeling and service, though we are willing to train if you are dependable and motivated to learn. Compensation will be discussed, based on knowledge and experience. Opportunities for advancement to Service Manager, Field Supervisor, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Valid Driver’s License (required)

- Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work in small spaces

- Journeymans' License, Comp Cards, Aprenticseship cards

- Water Filtration, Service Plumbing and Customer Service

- Ability to work overtime, weekends or holidays as needed

- Plumbing experience required 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Leadership

- Plumbing design and implementation

- Material and Labor management

- Commitment not Compliance

- General Maintenance of Company Vehicle

- Thorough clean-up of job site

- Ability to lift heavy objects

- Ability to bend, kneel, reach and work in confined spaces

Other required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

- Sound judgement, attention to detail and decision-making skills

- Strong work ethic

- Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English

- Ability to read a blueprint/plans (preferred)

- Follow directions, retain information

- Driver’s License

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday (overtime as needed)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour for Journeyman

             $20.00 - $35.00 per hour for Apprentice, based on experience

Expected hours: 40 per week
