Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven National Sales Manager to join our team. As a National Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our organization. You will be responsible for researching and analyzing market trends, developing, and executing business development strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with key accounts. This role offers a commission-based compensation structure, providing almost unlimited earning potential for individuals with a proven track record in business development and sales. The ideal candidate is self-driven, possesses excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and thrives in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, target markets, and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and evaluate potential clients, partners, and strategic alliances.
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to generate leads and build a strong network.
  • Present company products and services to prospective clients and partners, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-department teams, including operations, and management, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights to the management team.
  • Ensure that all business activity is conducted in line with company values and ethics code of conduct.
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively interact and cooperate with all company employees.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of business development strategies, market analysis, and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key accounts.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
