Job Responsibilities for Management Trainee:

 

1. Sales Training: Learn and understand the sales process, including customer interactions, and closing deals.

 

2. Team Work: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, develop innovative strategies, and contribute to a positive team environment.

 

3. Creativity: Bring fresh ideas to the table for sales promotions, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement activities.

 

4. Local Venues: Explore and identify local venues and events to promote our products or services, and coordinate participation in community activities.

 

5. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide excellent service, and build long-term relationships.

 

These responsibilities are designed to provide exposure to sales, teamwork, creativity, local community involvement, and customer engagement to enhance your management training experience.

 

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong sales ability, negotiation, public speaking and interpersonal skills
