This is a Direct Hire opportunity with ample room for growth. As Facilities or Hospitality Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.
Pay: $22.91 - $26.00 Hourly D.O.E
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and replenishing all office conference rooms with refreshments before and after meetings.
- Stocking and organizing kitchen pantries with various supplies, including plates, napkins, utensils, coffee beans, tea, and condiments.
- Refilling refrigerators with beverage options, including tea and milk products.
- Maintaining and cleaning office coffee machines on a daily basis.
- Providing support and covering reception duties when necessary.
- Assisting in setting up Zoom meetings for conferences, depositions, and other events.
- Restocking printer stations and secretarial bays with printer paper.
- Placing orders for lunch meetings and ensuring timely delivery.
- Performing additional tasks and duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hospitality or facilities-related experience preferred.
- Computer-intuitive with proficiency in Zoom and Microsoft Outlook.
- Motivated individual with strong initiative and a solid work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
