Lead Carpenter

We are looking for lead and intermediate carpenters to work on restoring exterior carpentry(primarily on older homes), interior remodeling projects and the occasional framing or addition project.

Requirements:

• 2 years Experience in residential construction
• Furnish you own basic hand tools, tool belt and cordless drill/driver.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to show up on time.
• Hard working.
• Willing to take directions and ask questions.

We are a small but growing business working primarily in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area. We are looking to build relationships with people that are able to work in the Minneapolis/ St.Paul area. We take good care of our workers and always pay on time. We are dedicated to providing a safe, supportive and fun work environment. We are looking for reliable, hardworking, accountable workers in all construction fields.

We are a full service contracting company, fully licensed and insured. We have been in business for over 10 years. We can do it all from the roof to the foundation. We have a passion for taking turn-of-the-century homes and restoring them to their original glory. We are always looking for skilled trades people to help us with our projects.

My wife Marissa and I are partners in this business (as well as raising 3 great kids) and we make a great team I am in charge of on-site work and planning. Marissa is in charge of administrative duties, paying our staff and subcontractors. We have systems and organizational tools and a great network of trade professionals which allow us to take on and complete our projects successfully. We want you to join our team. Our level of organization sets us aside from most small contracting firms. We will go to bat for you, we will take on the client support and deal with the money and logistics end of things.
