· Conduct thorough inspections of in-process production, and finished products

· Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance product quality

· Adherence to quality control procedures and guidelines

· Collaborate with personnel to address quality issues

· Work with Quality Control Supervisor to achieve scheduling goals and requirements

· Clock in/outs on jobs in JobBoss

· Use assigned/provided portable radios for daily work and maintain radios for efficient communication

· Maintain equipment

· Performing duties in a safe an efficient manner with proper use of PPE

· Promptly report safety issues and concerns to supervisor

· Represent CD Custom ethics, values, and adherence to company policies at all times

· Follow procedures for notification of absence

· Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role

· Strong knowledge of quality assurance systems, principles, practices, and techniques

· Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting

· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Work 4:30 pm to 3:00 am Monday through Thursday.

$2 shift differential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
