Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Financial Controller to join our team. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
    • Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior year.

  2. Financial Reporting:

    • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
    • Coordinate external audits and serve as the primary liaison with auditors.
    • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.

  3. Treasury and Cash Management:

    • Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
    • Monitor banking activities and ensure compliance with debt covenants.
    • Optimize working capital management to improve cash conversion cycle.

  4. Risk Management:

    • Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities.
    • Develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance financial performance.
    • Stay abreast of regulatory developments and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  5. Team Leadership and Development:

    • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Develop talent and build a high-performing finance organization.
