Job DescriptionJob Description

Seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic Solderer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components, performing soldering tasks, and ensuring the quality of assembled products. This position is available for both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform precision soldering of electronic components on PCB boards.
  • Assemble electronic components according to technical specifications and schematics.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure soldering meets industry standards.
  • Operate under a microscope to perform intricate soldering tasks.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and assembly procedures.
  • Test and troubleshoot electronic assemblies to identify defects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic soldering.
  • Proficient in soldering techniques, including through-hole and surface mount technology (SMT).
  • Experience working under a microscope.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work on either 1st or 2nd shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001.
  • Experience with quality control and inspection processes.
