JSG is working with an industry leader in retail displays for prestige and luxury brands. We provide merchandising solutions for all types of distribution. We develop brand projects from A to Z, including consulting, design, production, installation, and in-store services. Project research, development, and manufacturing all happen onsite with support from local and international vendors.

 

Project Management:

· Ensures that a realistic timeline is created for the project following customer demands.

· Ensures that a launch meeting is prepared immediately with the production team.

· Ensures timelines are maintained throughout the project.

· Ensures that consistent follow-up with engineering for drawings and type safety.

· Reviews engineering drawings and compares to estimate prior to sending to customer.

· Coordinate prototype, including ordering of any specific materials needed.
