Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOne of our clients located in Boyertown, PA is looking to bring on an individual proficient in customer service with relevant HVAC experience. Job requirements for candidates interested in this position are as follows:

- Offering technical support and product guidance to customers.

- Overseeing the process of commercial equipment order fulfillment and ensuring that products meet specified standards.

- Facilitating technical communication between management, production, sales departments, and clients, especially in relation to new processing techniques or practices.

- Consulting with the production department to categorize products based on quality control and reporting on competitors" product or process advancements.

- Addressing and investigating client grievances about product quality, tolerance levels, specifications, and conditions upon delivery.

- Documenting and analyzing customer feedback and complaints, and communicating the findings to relevant departments like production, quality assurance, and sales for appropriate action.

-Applicants should have relevant HVAC experience spanning 3 to 5 years.

-The candidate must be adept at identifying issues, gathering relevant information, establishing factual data, and forming well
-reasoned conclusions. Additionally, the ability to comprehend complex technical instructions, whether expressed in mathematical or diagrammatic forms, and manage a range of abstract and concrete factors is essential.
