A well-established steel company is searching for a Receptionist to be part of their team As the Receptionist, you will report directly to the Marketing & Public Relations Manager and promote the company's Brand through strategic first impressions while protecting the safety of the company by connecting guests.

The ideal candidate should exhibit high energy, excellent communication, organizational and time management skills, high attention to detail, and a willingness to strive for the company's high standard of excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Receive visitors, ensuring they have properly checked in
• Organize, clean, and replenish all general space to create a welcoming space
• Answer and screen phone calls and forward them to the appropriate parties
• Be knowledgeable about company-specific items to answer questions regarding projects, shipping/receiving, hours, appointments, and relevant events
• Champion all drink and snack replenishment
• Organize marketing areas and monitor internal stock
• Assist with general office tasks including but not limited to: sending mail, printing, cutting out flyers or cards, shredding, laminating, etc.
• Assist the Marketing team with duties, as necessary

Who Were Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Bilingual required - Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
• Organizational skills
• Proficiency in suite of Microsoft Office programs and applications

What You Can Expected

• $16.00 – 19.00/hr, depending on experience
• Schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, and 401k
• Paid Time Off
